Tumour & tumour like: Gaint cell tumour (GCT)

GCT:

General:
Vascular sinuses lined or filled by gaint and spindle cells
3-4 decade
Locally agressive with recurrence of 30-50%
Eccentric, lytic, expansile lesion, cortical thinnning, associated soft tissue mass, well-or-poorly defined margins
Low on T1, high on T2

Malignant trasformation of GCT:
Rare
Most are secondary to radiotherapy
Osteosarcomatous transformation is the most common histological type, also
malignant fibrous histiocytoma and fibrosarcoma.
