Angiolipoma

Subcutaneous lesion
Young men in 20-30 years
Most common site is forearm, also affects trunk and upper arm.
70% are multiple
May be AD
Usually small (less than 2 cm) and slow growing
Tender on palpation
Encapsulated
Imaging shows typical features of lipoma, may show enhancement. It is not possible to diagnose angiolipoma from other lipomatous lesions on imaging
Surgically resected. No local recurrence or malignant change
