Rare tumor
Common in adults (15 to 50)
Commonly seen in long bones, common being tibia, femur, humerus
Radiographic features are non-specific
Seen as large lytic lesion with cortical destruction
CT and MR may demonstrate fat, cortical destruction and soft-tissue component
