Clinical features:
Chronic focal anteromedial pain increased on dorsiflexion
Anteromedial tenderness and limitation of dorsiflexion and inversion
MR:
Focal capsular and synovial thickening in anteromedial tibiotalar joint anterior to tibiotalar ligament
Anteromedial tibiotalar bone spurs
Management:
Arthroscopic resection of synovitis and associated bony abnormality
