Radial head fracture and distal radioulnar dislocation
It is very important to identify DRUJ dislocation, because radial head will migrate proximally if the radial head is excised
Management:
DRUJ is reduced in full supination, pinning of DRUJ
Radial head fracure: ORIF, radial head implant, avoid radial head excision
