Elbow:
Deep to biceps aponeurosis
Medial aspect of brachialis, medial to brachial A and biceps
Passes superficial to ulnar head of pronator teres
Then passes deep to fibrous arach between 2 heads of FDS
MR:
Difficult to see because of little fat surrounding the nerve
Motor supply:
Pronator teres
Flexor muscles
