Courses through radial tunnel
Radial tunnel:
At the level of capitellum
Prone for compression by fibrous bands proximally, ECRB
Supinator tunnel:
Distal portion of radial tunnel
Fatty space between superficial and deep portions of supinator
Interosseous N travles between these 2 portions
Motor supply:
Supinator, extensors of hand
