Most common soft tissue mass seen in Kager's fat pad
Clinical features:
pain or mass in posteromedial ankle
May cause compressive neuropathy of posterior tibial nerve
MRI:
isointense to surrounding muscle and courses anteriorly relative to tendo achillis
