Avulsion of anterior labrum anterior glnoid margin with intact scapular periosteum
Labrum is displaced inferomedially near scapular neck by the anterior band of IGHL and rolls like a sleeve
Displaced labrum remains attached to the scapule through intact scapular periosteum
Healing may occur by fibrosis
Tracking of Gd between glenoid rim and labrum
Better seen on ABER view
