Perthe's lesion

Similar to ALPSA
Avulsion of anteroinferior labrum with intact periosteum
Labrum lies in normal position (no displacement as seen ALPSA) and heal with fibroswis and synovial proliferation (in ALPSA, the labrum is displaced medially and agin heals by fibrosis)
May mimic normal labrum, but clinically unstable
Tracking of Gd between normal and pseudo labrum is seen
Best seen on ABER
