Bankart lesion

95% of anterior instability
Leads to multidirectional instability
Bony bankart:
Glenoid rim fracture
Fibrous bankart:
Avulsion of anteroinferior glenoid labrum with torn scapular periosteum, but no tear of anterior band of IGHL
Tear may extend to involve anterosuperior labrum affecting SGHL and MGHL, during which the avulsed fragment is seen floating superiorly in the joint, thus mimicking Buford comples on axials
Associated with Hill Sachs in 75%
