10-15 degree flexion
Mark radiocarpal joint
Needle should not be directed too proximally, needle 15 degrees angled proximally
Approximately 2-4mls of contrast
Post contrast radiographs: PA, PA with ulnar deviation, PA with radial deviation, lateral and 45 degree oblique.
