Imaging cartilage lesions of knee

Most are single (72%)
Chondral lesions are very common
Most common site is medial femoral condyle (32%), followed by medial patella (22%)
Most common type is ICRS (International Cartilage Repair Society) type 2 or 3A
Most common type was Grade II (Outerbridge classification) (42%)
Most common associated articular lesions: medial meniscus tear (37%) and ACL injury(36%).

Specificity 100%
