Findings:
There are two small well defined lucencies in the glenoid with surrounding thin rim of sclerosis. Initially it was thought to represent unusual bony changes secondary to recurrent dislocations as the clinical information given at the time of reporting was inadequate.

Later after 2 months patient had MRI of the shoulder.

MRI:

Findings:
MR shouwed the lesions seen on the shoulder radiographs were actually anchor sutures

Discussion:
Bankart procedure is done for recurrent anterior dislocations or anterior shoulder instability. The inferior GHL is repaired with 3 suture anchors through holes drilled in the glenoid at approximate 3-, 4-, and 5-o’clock.
